What is banner display advertising?
Networks such as Google, Bing & AdRoll provide a service where creative banners promoting your businness can be uploaded into a display campaign. These banners will then be displayed on partner websites (which can include high profile sites such as AOL or BT) based on critera which can specify location and topics that are related to your business.
What is Re-Targeting?
Similar to display advertising, re-targeting uses creative banners to promote your business. The difference being that your website can be tagged & we can collect data on who has already visited your website, saving this data in a list to target people who are already familiar with your brand. These banners are then presented to the customer via display network partner websites – enticing them to return and purchase your products or services.
Why should I invest in display advertising & re-targeting?
It is possible to massively increase exposure at a low cost using banner display networks and is something we would recommend in to complement your other marketing efforts to strengthen your brand.
